Tap and Water Well Testing

Your drinking water may taste and look great, however, there can be many harmful substances that you don’t see, taste, or smell, such as bacteria and chemicals that could affect your health. These contaminants can enter our drinking water from the surface and the ground and can be from natural sources or human activities.

Residential Testing

It’s recommended for our drinking water to be tested for bacteria annually; especially if you drink from a private water source! Old plumbing fixtures can erode metals into our water, industrial or farm runoff can leech into your soil, and homes built before 1990 can carry asbestos in various places.

Agricultural, Food and Producer Testing

Performing a soil fertility test allows you to know the general health of your soil, and informs you of how to amend it. Pesticides and bacteria can be affecting your soil and its future crops. Certain plants thrive in specific pH balances. There are many regulations when it comes to food. CARO was recently awarded the largest scope extension from CALA for food testing.

Health Region Testing

Safe Drinking Water is important. Health packages are used for new drinking water source approval. Different regions require certain contaminants to be tested and these packages follow closely with their regulations. Health packages are the best way to get the full-array tested for your best peace-of-mind.

Other Services

Environmental testing encapsulates many different forms of testing. We offer more tests than our website shows! If you’re looking for a test that we don’t list online, send us an inquiry or call us.

No Regulated Testing for Daycares in BC

Posted by Patrick, June 21st, 2018

Testing for Lead in Drinking water is required for schools in BC, but not in our child care facilities.
