What is included with my purchase?

This per sample price includes:
– A sterile sampling container and a cooler for shipment back to CARO
– Accredited analysis of a sample for lead
– An emailed report detailing the test results

 

When will my results be ready?

The regular turn-around time for many of our analysis is 5 business days, however, this may vary depending on the analysis that you have requested. When you receive your emailed sample receipt notice, the turn-around time will be stated under the “delivery plan” section.

 

How do I get my results?

We have several options for how you can receive your results:

(1) Email – our primary method of sending out results.

(2) We have a new web-interface called Client Connect that allows you to directly access your results 24/7 online, in real-time. Sign-up for Client Connect here.

(3) Mailed reports are available for those who do not have access to email when requested.

We have laboratories in Richmond, Kelowna, Edmonton, and a new one in Burnaby, BC! We also have two depots for bottles located in Whitehorse, Yukon, and Victoria, British Columbia. CARO does most of the metals water testing services in Richmond BC, while most of our bacteria water testing is analyzed in Kelowna. We’re experts with shipping and will work with you to ensure your sample is analyzed in a timely manner.
